Target cannot be found

Hello, ( i dont know that its allowed but...) i saw on one server that some people use any cheat/bug cause we cannot target him, if i click and want use any skills on him pops message " Target cannot be found " and on the radar i see him very far. Did someone know how he do it? ( i can open phx on this server but cant enchant or do other stuffs, probaly he use any phx scripts )

trye write /unstuck, while casting restart do this 2x times and then they cant target your
