It is , you can't just go to a forum and ask "hey i want clan plz join we play cs match NAOW".... Not really dude.. if you want clan u go online you play a lot someone sees you sees you're good and invites you otherwise you'll have no luck with this thread... well unless you want to join a 1week old clans that is.
