Have you tried to reinstall eclipse?

I had a problem with a eclipse version.. don't remember it's name, but then I switched to Eclipse GALILEO and it works super great!

Try it!

Try using ANT compile system from the command level to compile your files, and for an easier quick SVN download program try TortiseSVN (also download and install SlikSVN so when you compile it generates the build numbers in the core properly.

http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html (intergrates directly into Windows Explorer with easy to use Right-Click dropdown menus)

http://www.sliksvn.com/en/download

http://ant.apache.org/bindownload.cgi (Unpack it and add the Path to your Environment Variables; Windows Key & Pause Key then Advanced system settings)
