Okay listen to some of my suggestions.

- In case you want to have the text where your wallpaper is you have to lower your opacity

- Your menu font is too big and that makes it seem too amateur.

 

You could make your menu better, like add a navigation menu bar or add 3D(2d is also good) elements(could be css char) in boxes, would be really good for a site of this kind.

hmm what else.. as i said the wallpaper is wrong there, do something with it or add frames with lower opacity.

 

 

That's 6.5/10 for me cause i dont know what a CSSite might need.
