[Help]Import At UE2

I have a prob guys when i try to import Targa files at unreal editor and i don't know why.

 

I made it all right,i press "New" at unreal editor ,writing at package blabla and in Name blabla and then OK.

Then i press "Import" i find my targa file ,i also choose at Compression "DXT3" ,press OK and NOTHING.

It must show me the weap but nothing.

 

Anyone know what i can do to solve it? ...

P.S i try it on windows xp and on window 7 but nothing.
