[Request] NPC Skill Seller for CT2.5

I know it's some nerve to post these types of issues, but some of you do not have among its creation an NPC that sells Skills for SP.

I'm Tired of Trying, but can not compile anything. Appreciate any input.

 

I want something with more style, not sell items with the skills ^ ^
