Problem with server.

So.. I tried to setup a L2 Server. I did it, it started, I made the system, I started l2.exe, and when I type an accout and password it does not create it, my database is writable if you going to answer me with that. I created manualy an account and when I try to login with it doesnt log in. Can some1 help me wtih this problem. Thank you.
