need help with l2net

when i start l2net.exe i get the directx crash error

 

i was reading the l2net webpage faq, googled it, used this and other forums - and all i could find was smth like "u need to update ur direcx" or "download august libraries"

 

my directx is currently version 11 and iv downloaded this so called library many times from many different links that ppl posted, installed it then restarted computer - nothing. im totally confused, and i saw many other ppl had this problem too..

 

p.s. im using win7

p.s.s. idk if this is correct place to make this topic but i saw here a similar topic to this so here i am asking for help

try install NET Framework 3.5 or  install this DirectX:
