[Help] click on "record of Seven Sign"

Hi all,

 

L2j Interlude server. In the one client i click on the Sign and wont open, but it did a little while back. Other clients can open it just like normal. What is in this one client has maybe has gone wrong and how to fix it. I dont wont to load a new client over this one. Maybe bits a piece, but i wnat to try to maintain this client.
