[Help] Making a city a pvp zone

How i can make a city like heine a pvp zone?

when u cant find any answer, try to experiment a lil bit ;)

for example find heine in areadata.txt (scripts folder) and replace "peace" with "battle" and u will get a zone like pvp arena, where u can fight, but wont get any points. but also u can delete the whole line which includes peace zones parametrs and "poof" - now u have a pvp zone.

somebody correct me pls if i am wrong.
