u mentioned Russians too, what about them? and the war has nothing to do with the topic, the guy is delaying him on purpose cuz he cant deliver anything.

I never said I hate Russians. Please read carefully. What I meant is that, due to the ongoing war and other circumstances, I would avoid outsourcing development work to Ukrainian developers at the moment. The limited access to electricity throughout the day and the risk of being called to war at any time make it challenging for them to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, working with Ukrainian developers right now can be unreliable.

Hi to everyone who is intrested to read my questions and thanks!
1) It sounds tooooo newbie but if it is possible to tell me how to role back a server?
2)For example:
I have L2 kamael server, but the skills etc... are not full fixed! And today the new datapacket with updates for a kamael server is released! I download it.. Then i need to explain me how can i update my server without having dataloss (acounts, characters etc...)
3) There is a bug with stun if u know it ( stunning a person and while using stunshot selecting a NPC and the archer starts killing npc) This is a serious problem because many characters can brake castles etc...
