[HELP]Create server on other data base

Hello,

 

Can someone tell me, how i can connect my server (on localhost) with sql on other server ? (its not free sql server).

Can i make that ?

 

I know its problem with URL = jdbc:mysql://ip/db_name?

or with Drivers ?

 

Can someone explain this ?
