hello today i will show you skins steam;)

1. Extract the skin (if it is compressed) to this folder :

D:\Steam\skins (May differ on your PC) (Picture 1)

2. Restart steam

3. Right click on the steam icon, and select settings

4. Click on Interface (Picture 2)

5. Select a skin from the dropdown menu (Picture 2)

6. Restart steam
