Well, you can edit sql files in navicat. I don`t know if there`s a command to remove clan penalities.

the way is to modify the database from navicat there is no command as far as i know... but just modify in navicat its easy and done. i dont know the exact file and what to modify cause i dont have a database now but just look where the clan infos are stored...
