i got a problem with addeng NPC buff to my server

i have another problem with buffer i tried to install in my server

i download these:

and all good but in the game i said://spawn 247000-247007

and i gat these problem:

probably you haven't added the npc to your database...

check your "npc" table for id 247007, if its not there create it...

 

and there's no npc with id "1" so dont worry about that one....
