but i cant find the packs of strike anywhare

if u want to do a nice server i sugest you tu buy a pack  becouse u don't have experience and u server will be with no feature :)

For the Begin take a preconfigured from my 1st post....take the 1st one!!!make what the video say...step by step and

you will have your own server , then learn how to compile , then compile your OWN pack and then learn java!
