Well, I'm gonna suggest my server; It's name is L2Sephion and It's going to be opened this week.

It's x500, Freya and the Enchant rates are the following:

 

Normal: 66%

Blessed: 77%

Safe: 4

Max 16-18 (We have not decided yet).

 

I'll be very happy if you Join us and be a part of our community.

We do have active Forums so you can keep synched with the Server's Updates and Change log.
