Install a Legacy Microsoft LoopBack Adapter and configure it

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instead of 2.13 or 2.14 it can be used the OracleL2Walker2.16c or maybe the OracleL2Walker 2.17cn or maybe the english version OracleL2Walker 2.17en with the rest components as the posts describes
