[HELP]Hero Problem

Hello guys...today is the 1est September and will be the new hero of month but i have open my server at 12:15 and  none player wanna be new hero....i have look the table on db and more player with much point doesn't are hero.....how i can resolve this problem?

you need miore things than points to be hero, like a number of games played and number of wins
