[Help] Problem with Login and GameServer

Hi, i've been watching this problems for a few days and they're creating lag in my server, I hope someone can give me an answer!! these are 2 screens showing the problems:

if i`m not wrong i think you problems is because you server data is not complete , you have some missing files form your data pack theat your game server donnot find them

Ps: make a screen shot when the error starts not to the middle of it

This is the problem and I have no idea how to fix it, I've tried configuring the IPs in login and gameserver but nothing:

your problem is theat you din`t made a hexid

The hexid is made, this is not the problem, any more suggestions?
