i am a complete newbie in java developing so i request if u are generous enough to make or show me how to make the following:

 

i want e.g an item to become V.I.P Members....

i want when u press that item to get access lvl 1 and also change the title to V.I.P Member....

give some extra skills....

get into admin clan....

also i want to have in my database a table called vip members...

 

plz sb if u can't all of them some of them plz... i need in my server and i think it will be very nice for others also to have such engine...
