[Help] How to Customize these Duals

Greetings all,

 

      I have these duals http://www.maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=37047.0 . But how can i change them so they continue to look like duals(in game) and enchant like them, but i want these to be able to use the Big Blunt skills (shock and etc.) in L2J Server Interlude (L2J server version 1100 / L2J Datapack version 3307)? Is this possible without having to do any Java rework? Any ideas on how to make this work?

 

P.S. If i have posted this in the wrong section, please forgive me and move it if needs be....
