IP adds for localhost

hey guys i can not log in to my server

i made every thing rit

but when i try to login it give me wrong ID in the game

i did the accunt if you assking i thinck i need to change my hoste ip in c:/windos/system 32/driver/etc

any one can give me the ip

 

and if you know other salion plz post it
