You  know, L2J mid/low rates have max 1 player. L2J high rates attract more for some reason.

Don't be so sure. 'Tezza's 7x server has quite decent amount of peeps online. Might be exception among L2J's tho.

But yea, make it high rates better. Bigger chance to get some people.

lol in x70 server u craft the items ? (if u want to make the items just from craft then down ur exp rate) this is a high server not even mid rate.
