I think its just a client-side app - so, only you can see the color changing.

nop I zoomed it and see that he changed the +

of the weapon

that is what i am talking about: he changes only the value of the  weapons "+" and can see it on his computer and the animation changes as well. But there is no proove, that his m.atk increases. Would be good, if there was also stats tab opened and m.atk of char increases with the value of wepoans "+" ;)
