Requesting forum help

Hello, I'm having some issues with this forum, and I would like to know what can be done.

 

First, I don't seem to be able to view any member's profile..regular member, VIP or moderator...absolutely none at all. Is there a restriction for regular members in this regard?

The second issue is related to the first, I can't find a button directly in people's posts for karma, but I suppose it's on the profiles.

And third, someone posted a comment on my account but I cannot find it.

 

I'd appreciate it if someone could clarify these issues for me. Thank you.

First:only vip and Donators can see other profiles

Second:same with first

Third:The comment is down down down :D

It's kinda biased that only VIP+ members can view profiles/edit karma...

About the comment, I still can' find it. Anyway, it's from an angry kid that didn't like my opinion about his failserver.

I really can't find it..either I'm blind, or there's something wrong with my account..or permissions changed for regular members.
