[Help]L2 NET help!!!

hi all i downloaded l2 net for interlude.i followed  this guide>>> http://www.maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=84126.0  and at program configuration a stucked at step 3 ..after i click listen i get this http://a.imageshack.us/img685/9925/problem1xc.jpg  and i waited 30 min and nothing happened so then i continued the steps.and after i log on the srv, l2 net not recognice the srv and char.pls help me .if someone from romania can help me it will be more sure to corect the problem.who want my msn or ym id pls send me a pm thx.in msn or ym we can talk for this problem. thx
