Looking for a GOOD epilogue server[heeelp]

hi all .. i have tried almost all epilogue serves and when i find one with the features i like it closes :/

I am looking for a high rate server

1)with max until 20 and rates between 70-90

2)dont care about people online (if low community) but hope that it will increase

3)a new server not older than 3-4 weeks

4)balance classes(not op tanks )

5)all items obtainable (dont care about farming )
