Then my internet go down when i press to open again my internet i can't the window no apear pliz help me Then i must rr my pc to start normaly and hapens again after 15 mins

Probably it's a virus that u get from any site, or something else like... but it doesn't matter now... try to pass an antivirus in your pc, or format it...
