Host on PS3 ?

Hello guyz i decided with my friend from Poland to open a server... he will run the server from his pc (8 mbps down/ 1 mbps up) he have PS3 with internet! is it possible to open the server from PS3 xD ?

Soon we'll host at cellular. we open server, take donations and after 1 month we close server and say: sorry someone stole me cellular, i lost my server, server closed. LMAO ;D
