ok guys , im looking for a bug or even a program to increase my evasion on dagger , or to make necro's skills to have 100% success

 

if anyone knows it please help me , really please :)

 

note: i might be in a wrong section so any mod please move it to the correct one :) thanks

basically in C4 servers , this bug / program exists , i saw some guys using it , for example one AW used UE and  he died in like 1 min , 8 peeps were hitting him and they all said that 3/4 of their hits were miss , also i saw a necro with b grade armor and b grade weapon

casting all his curses to my pt member , full geared and every single one was successfull  as a result he lost all his buffs. NOTE the server wasnt l2j
