[Help] My sql error 1045

1045 access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' using password no

 

I searched on google for that problem but i cannot understand their answers (phpmyadmin bla bla bla)...

 

I need your help, to explain me why this error appears.

2.Restart PC

3.Install MySql and reinstall database :)
