need some adivces for my pc

it might looks too old but anyway ,i have 1GB of ram and 1 more slot so i should get a 2 GB ram or one ?

i am going to format also ,which windows do you suggest me to install?

my screen is ~17 inc i dont know exactly

so since i cant buy a new one and i dont need a super pc ,i just serf the internet most of the time

what should i add to my pc?
