I use l2jbrasil project and roy the cat,when you do a quest,dont give you  skills...

 

You have a sollution ?If you have thnx u very much

Did you change this from false to true?

Now normal char can't do quest >.<

Go gameserver/config open altsettings find this line.And make it true from false

 

# Allow use Event Managers for change occupation

# If you need change occupation only use quest then set this to False

# Default = False

AllowClassMasters = True

 

And this make it false

 

# Spell Book needed to learn skills

SpBookNeeded = False
