havie Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 Hey guys, Searched boards, didnt find any talk about this, but ive seen it done before, How do you edit the REP points obtained by "academy" and "clan war" I would like to lower academy to like 0 or 10 and boost clan war rep earned by like 50 If any1 could share how this is done, thatd b awesome :-p Thanks guys
0 mcbigmac Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 Dvampire created some AI functions for this - but i'm assuming you mean when people kill each other, and creating academies, recruiting etc. Therefor it would be inside the dll - seeing as i can't see anywhere he loads the values from ini or something else. Which means some good ol memory replacing is the way to go(or even more "oldschool" hexing!). Gotta find them first of course.
0 havie Posted May 25, 2010 Author Posted May 25, 2010 Right, so this obviously isnt something i can do alone atm. hmm.. looks like hired help will b the way 2 go :-/
0 mcbigmac Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 Well unknowing how dvampire codes - they could be global vars in his project, or local ones whenever needed. So it could be a tedious long hunt, or a few small simple changes. Maybe if more people want it, you could convince fr3d to sell it :O
0 havie Posted May 30, 2010 Author Posted May 30, 2010 Ik l2 sublimity figured it out, wtb opalsnow :-p
0 mcbigmac Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 Ik l2 sublimity figured it out, wtb opalsnow :-p Kation, not opalsnow. And there's an astute difference from writing your own ext, to just using dvamp. Learn the difference havie ;)
0 havie Posted May 31, 2010 Author Posted May 31, 2010 Alright. Im trying to learn all this l2off stuff, dvamps, depmax, extenders! all sorts of file editing tools! SQL, Im getting there :-p
