[Rate and Comment] naruto sign

This one sign is not watched by any tut. I am newbie but i tried to mix my knowledges about photoshop to a good [for me] signature. So, this is the result. Some parts of the signature reminds me some pro signs. Maybe i am false but  i really like this signature.

I mean if you try to improve it, you better remake it.

 

Too big size. Render is too big. Too empty on the upper left. Over burned at some places. You use topaz as i can see?

About the size: 400x200 are the dimensions. I think that they are ok for a sign. Btw i will try to work with smaller dimensions.

 

I think that the render is ok. If i wanted to make it smaller then i would be look ugly.

 

yes, really it is too empty at the upper left side.

 

No, i didnt burn the sign so much. Maybe are the gradient maps that make this result.

 

And yes, i used topaz!

Smaller dimensions -> bigger. Also there are parts that looks over burned. For example look his hat or head or w/e upper the bubbles too. And if you use smaller render = smaller dimension of the sig. I suggest using size 410 x 120 for you. Try adding nice and appealing effects. Work on one style only don't add many in one it won't guarantee you'll succeed. Also taking other styles and trying to remake them won't guarantee success aswell. Just try to follow some style and try guides that will help you. Search for photoshop typography guides will help you to improve your texts.

The only thing that i have used from goddess tut is the bubles. I dont have read it yet, so i dont know for what the tut speaks. As i know i made it alone! :D
