Well lvl 1 couse you can just remove grade penalty so you can wear s grade at lvl 1 and you can exp in 10 mins if its high rate pvp server

i don't really care about it.....there is a lot more important things on a pvp server and there is not a single player that will not join a server cause it starts lvl 1 and he will waste like 10 min or something

If you wanna have a mainly pvp-based server make Lv 80, cuz u can login and start pvp.

 

If you wanna have some farming and time for gearing up on our server chose Lv 1.
