Problem with Computer Graphics

So before some months ago my computer's graphics had start to not working really good. The quallity have been minimized. I thought it was problem of Graphic Card but we fixed it, but the problem is still exist. With or withouth the graphic card the quality is really bad. Take a look at the pictures, they are from mobile. In some games the quality is good is some it isn't. In Warcraft the quality is normal but in L2 it's minimized.

Because print screen will show it normally to you. I will try print screen too.
