How to create a clan crest ! Help please :)

Hello guyz! I play L2Elite and i wanna make some crests by myself. But the problem is, that i don't know how. I know that i will create it by Adobe Photoshop, but i don't know how is it works. It would be nice from you, if u want to show me how it works, or to create one for me. Thanks !  :)

I use it..It's easy..but i think that it haven't good graphics =/

And i can't make by myself :P but it is also very good!

Well it's just like painting mate. You make a normal image and then you change the sizes. What I mean is that firstly you'll have to create the crest on big size then just shrink it to the size that the game wants 16x12 for clan crest and 8x12 for ally.
