If you didn't understand the above. This program take the whoooole internet connection and download it with full speed. I downloaded L2 Epilogue client in 4 hours with 8mb Internet Connection.

Yes,I downloaded it and I am happy too.And the download speed is very high,once reached 360KB/sec
