I need your help i want make a "movie"

So i seach a program for reccord i know their are Fraps but when i reccord the Picture is not Hight quality.

 

I dont want record the Hp/CP/Item etc...

I want a program with a lot of angles

I know i can record with recording action in L2Ingame but the problem is this little icon L2 Gracia Final

i think that if you want to make a video with angles this is at the editing part. I say this because maybe it is like as Counter-Strike. Many videos have many angles and becomes only from the editing not from the real game. I think that is with Vegas. [ I am not sure but and with Adobe After Effects]
