Help With Website Accounts?

Guys i have made this topic many times... the reason is because no one has ever given me a guide on how to do this....

what i am trying to do is put an account management on my website for my l2 interlude server....

with other words i dont want people making accounts automatically, but from my website...

so what i want is a link on where i dwld the account manager, an a guide on how i can set it up.

An peoples dont send me guides on how to upload files with Smart FTP... thats not the guide im looking for.

I won't give you an ACM, but I will give you a short guide:

1) Get ACM

2) Upload it to your web server

3) Configure it (probably it's a config.php file, and in it, there should be MySQL connection info (hostname,username,password,database))

What else do you need? It's not core modding for god sakes...

so... do i upload the whole folder Account Manager or just specific files?
