I have uninstal and reinstal 4-5 times pliz help!

if you installed 2 mysqls ((5.0 and 5.1 for example) just delete the last one (5.1)) and then reconfigure your 5.0 mysql.About navicat you don't need to uninstall it 4-5 times like you do.

you have delete tables mysql?

i have deleted all the Premum Soft folder and product and installed again

i think you have to install differend version of navicat and mysql

i dont think the problem is on navicat!

you have to install new version on mysql! example 5.1!

and then make new localhost

Check if the MySQL service is running on your box.

On command line:

services.msc

 

Search for "MySQL"  on field "Status"...
