I have modified the siege times. But i have an question for example the siege time was : 14:00 EET and i changed to 18:00 . But im from Romania and the time zone it's GMT+2 , the siege will be at 18:00 EET or my local time 18:00 GMT+2 ?

Will start, when your server according to his clock time is 18:00.

The Siege will start according to the box's (server host) time zone.

Just check the box's time zone configuration.
