[Help] Windows 7 and UDP Ports

Hello guys,

I got a big problem, my problem is that i can't open udp ports only tcp. I mean i enable them but i tried Port Forward Port Checker or canyouseeme and they say that it is closed.

 

I use windows 7 and i disasbled ESET NOD32 Internet Security, router's firewall, windows firewall and i had also allowed the ports from windows firewall.

 

What should i do?
