exploit or not? ant queen para

Could you tell me your opinion?

 

High char atacks Ant Queent, get para and Minions attack him, but nobody can kill him. The reason is, nobody can kill ant queen, becouse there is a lot of Minions. if the para stops he attacks again. Is it expoit?

 

I am plaing on IL pts server, we farm AQ bwith 3 low destroyers.
