Login problem!!!

hi guys...i am expiriencing a problem which i cant solve...:(

so, my problem is that i have a server, which is online on an internet connection which has not static ip...

one of my friends, as i heard, had the same problem...so i asked him and he told me to download the "no-ip program", as i did...

the server is online...but when the no-ip program updating my new ip address, the server becomes offline...(thats not a problem for me)

The big problem is that after the update, it's not becoming online again...i have to wait about 1 hour and then becomes...what can i do for this???plz help me cause i am gonna get mad!!!:@

i'm not sure, but a No-ip Dont chane you'r Ip. Its can be used in a Server Maschine. If u wanna change your ip try to use a " hotSpot Shield "

well in fact...i want a program that when my external ip is changing, it will be upgrade the server's external ip...is this "hotspot shield" suitable for me?

sorry about the wrong section but i am new in maxcheaters and i dont know to use this site very well...

"No-IP" just updates your IP on the dns you selected each time it changes.

yes Hot Spot Shield its a auto proxy [ so ofc ; P u can get a lag? :P ]

yeap static13...i know man, but as i said i have a problem with my server...i fully fixed all the problems, but i cant fix one...well...let me explain you...i open loginserver and gameserver...when my ip changes, the server becomes down, until the no-ip program update the ip...when the update finished, the server is still offline...after about  2 hours, the server is online...what can i do for this???
