[Request] Server Status Web Script

First of all sorry if this isn't the correct section.

 

Now. Does anybody have or know where i can get a script for my website that can display if my GameServer and LoginServer are on or off.

I don't want disk w or something like this, just a script or something that can do that.

 

Pls i need help.
