Can somebody give me a link to a nice Balance Code thing?? that actually make some REAL PVP BALANCE AND NOT  THE SHIITTY STATS FROM NCSoft?

i have a gracia final server so i need some balance  :'(

Simple. Just remove mana potions, fix bugged skills and let all buffs durate the same as in retail.
