Looking for graphics designer (photoshop artist)

I am looking for skilled graphic artist.

 

Photoshop, gimp, third party graphic program;

It doesn't really matter to me as long as the person using it is skilled and talented.

 

I would require your assistance at re-designing website (no coding involved, graphics only).

I expect my server (opening in ~2 weeks) to reach 1k+ players in less than two weeks.
